KidzLife – “New Life” Nursery

The Life Church nursery rocks, literally, every Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday.  We know that your children are the most important people in your lives. At Life Church, we love your babies almost as much as you do and we love to take care of them so that you can enjoy the services in the auditorium.  Our nursery has nine cubicles where babies can sleep soundly, safely and securely.  Our rockin’ nursery staff is well trained and experienced, led by our Nursery Director, Becky West, a certified kindergarten teacher.  We also are staffed by other volunteers who are moms and grammas who know just what to do in every situation and circumstance.   We will give you a pager when you leave your precious cargo with us and will literally “buzz” you if your child is in any distress.  Plus, there is a live telecast of the service on a big-screen TV so that you won’t miss any of the music or sermon should you need to stay with your little one a few minutes.

Since our ministry is to take care of your infants, please give us the opportunity to serve you and them.  We conducted a survey of babies and found that all of them prefer to be in “New Life” rather than hear Pastor David’s sermons.  Cute and cooing babies often are an attractive distraction in the auditorium to those who are sitting nearby.  Not even our outstanding choir can compete with the music coming from the mouth of the tiniest newborn or toddler during a Sunday service.  Therefore, we request that you not take your infants into the auditorium and that you leave them with us instead.  Please let the only babbling heard in the sanctuary come from the one making announcements and let your “soprano-in-training” or future tenor get their practice in “New Life”. Kids love our KidzLife Department so much, they often leave us "kicking and screaming.”
