Leadership

Josh and Lauren Fletcher lead the ministry at Life and are the visionaries for where the church is headed. They are involved in the day to day as well as the planning for the ministry long-term.

Michelle is a boss at what she does. She handles the operations of the church, the finances with our company Parable (our accountability for everything financial) and somehow manages to oversee our kids ministry.

Krista is an inspiration. She knows how to lead people well and love on the church behind the scenes. She not only leads our worship ministry, but oversees the entire Dream Team which serves all areas of Life Church.

Jeremiah is that guy that the next generation can lean on. He always makes himself available for them as well as pouring into the leaders. Jeremiah oversees anything middle and high school related.

Kenny is a "get it done" type of guy. He's always finding solutions for our creative department. From photography to video editing to live production, Kenny oversees all things media at Life Church.
